The Bently Nevada 190027 (1900/27) is a compact single‑channel standalone vibration monitor for rotating‑machinery condition monitoring and basic machinery protection. It receives signal from compatible accelerometer transducers, converts raw acceleration signal into vibration velocity value. It supports local on‑site reading via LCD screen, transmits vibration data to DCS/PLC through 4‑20 mA analog loop, and triggers alert / danger relay outputs when vibration exceeds user‑configured set‑points. Equipped with Modbus RTU RS‑485 interface, it supports centralized remote monitoring. Widely deployed for fans, pumps, compressors and other general‑purpose rotating equipment, used as spare‑part replacement for legacy Bently Nevada monitoring systems.
