The Honeywell 05701‑A‑0301 is a single‑channel plug‑in control card for Honeywell Zellweger System 57 rack‑mounted gas safety monitoring platform. It receives 4‑20 mA signal from field gas transmitters, performs concentration conversion, multi‑threshold alarm judgment and delivers isolated 4‑20 mA analog output to connect with DCS or PLC host systems. The front panel integrates multi‑segment LCD display, alarm/fault LED indicators and local reset button. Individual card replacement will not interrupt operation of other channels within the same rack. This module is widely used for spare‑part replacement and maintenance of legacy fixed gas‑detection systems in petrochemical, refinery and offshore hazardous‑area sites。
