Soft PLC 140CPU11303

Soft PLC (Software PLC) is a programmable logic controller based on software, which was born in the late 1990s. It aims to overcome the problems of slow cost improvement and limited technological development caused by the monopoly of manufacturers in traditional PLCs. It achieves the functions of traditional PLCs through the PC platform and a…

Distributed IO 1783-US05T

Distributed IO is an industrial automation control device, mainly applied in fields such as the Internet of Things, smart home, power monitoring, and industrial production lines. It realizes the automation management of the production process through remote data collection and control. It adopts a master-slave hierarchical architecture, with the host responsible for protocol conversion and…

Turbine control system5X00121G01

Turbine control system By applying computer, communication and mechatronics technologies, the functions of data acquisition, control and protection in the production process are realized. This constitutes the overall system for controlling gas turbines to adapt to various operating conditions. It includes systems for turbine speed, load and temperature control, as well as hydraulic servo systems.…

Pressure controller 1MRK002122-ABR01

Pressure controller The pressure controller is a specialized pressure control instrument used in industrial process measurement and control systems, often referred to as a pressure switch. It uses pressure as the control signal and achieves automatic pressure control through electrical switches. The pressure controller can act when the controlled pressure exceeds or falls below the…

Control module

The control module is a logical function module in the power system that implements operational control for devices within the home local area network. This definition originates from the power industry standard DL/T 1398.1—2014 “Smart Home System – Part 1: General Principles” [1]. Its core functions include signal conversion and delay control, which can…

PFSK151 Distributed Control System X-DI1601 985210222

The term “distributed control system” was derived by translating the product name of a foreign company. Due to the numerous manufacturers and varying system designs, as well as the diverse functions and features of each system, the naming of these products also varies. In China, there are different names for the product, the most…

CM902WX What is a circuit breaker? IS210MACCH1AGG

A circuit breaker is a switch device that can close, carry and open the current under normal circuit conditions, and can also close, carry and open the current under abnormal circuit conditions within a specified time. Circuit breakers are classified into high-voltage circuit breakers and low-voltage circuit breakers based on their application scope. The boundary…

16407-01-1 The difference between a board card and a PLC 5X00605G01

PLC, also known as Programmable Logic Controller, is a microcomputer with a core of a single-chip embedded system. This system is developed based on relay control and is mainly used in the field of industrial automation control. The programming language of PLC is mainly ladder diagram, which is an intuitive and easy-to-understand programming method. However,…

DS200DSPCH1ADA What is a semiconductor? P0916VM

A semiconductor refers to a material whose electrical conductivity is between that of a conductor and an insulator at room temperature. [24] The electrical conductivity of semiconductor materials can be changed by doping, and the concentration and polarity of impurities introduced into the intrinsic semiconductor will have a significant impact on the electrical conductivity of…

The working principle of the SVG cabinet

1. The SVG cabinet achieves dynamic compensation of reactive power by controlling the on-off of the internal power electronic devices. The detailed principle: The core of the SVG cabinet is power electronic devices such as IGBTs. By precisely controlling the on-off times of these devices, it can quickly and flexibly adjust the magnitude and phase…
