The Honeywell 05701‑A‑0502 is a 6U half‑width front‑access sub‑rack chassis for Honeywell Zellweger System 57 modular fire‑and‑gas safety‑monitoring platform. It adopts front‑wiring‑access mechanical structure, all field‑cable termination operations can be completed from rack front side without rear‑side cabinet access. The internal structure is divided into two independent EMC‑shielded compartments; one compartment accommodates control cards, the other holds field‑interface and relay output cards, connected by dedicated system backplane bus board. This rack accepts full series of System57 plug‑in modules: gas‑detection control cards, DC‑input power‑interface card, field‑interface cards, relay‑output cards and engineering card. Widely used for legacy System 57 gas‑monitoring‑system cabinet reconstruction, chassis replacement and spare‑part‑replacement in petrochemical, refinery and offshore‑hazardous‑area sites.
