Triconex DO3401 is a high-density digital output module specially matched for Tricon triple modular redundancy (TMR) safety instrument system (SIS), which converts safety logic commands issued by the main controller into on-site switching signals to drive solenoid valves, safety relays, emergency shutdown actuators and field indicator lights.Adopting native TMR three-channel independent redundant operation architecture, each output channel is equipped with isolated drive circuit, real-time loopback detection and hardware self-check function, meeting SIL3 highest safety integrity level certification standard. The module adopts hot-swappable rack plug-in design, which can be replaced online without shutting down the whole SIS system, effectively reducing equipment maintenance downtime.
