The TRICONEX 3503EN is a hot‑swappable digital input module designed for Tricon triple‑modular‑redundant safety system. It provides 32 channels of 24VDC discrete input to acquire on‑site switch‑state signals. Adopting TMR hardware voting architecture, the module realizes fault‑tolerant signal collection, single‑channel hardware failure will not cause system shutdown. It can be plugged and replaced online without system shutdown, and reports channel faults, module faults and backplane communication abnormalities to the host controller. This module is widely used for safety‑instrumented system spare‑part replacement and retrofits in petrochemical, oil‑gas and power‑plant industries.
