The AC/DC voltage divider (English name: SGB-C AC&DC Digital HV Meter), also known as digital high-voltage meter or high-voltage tester, is a resistive-capacitive equipotential shielding type high-voltage measurement device produced by Jiangsu Jiuyi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for measuring power system and electrical electronic equipment manufacturing departments of power frequency AC high voltage and DC high voltage, and can replace high-voltage electrostatic voltage meters for on-site measurement [1-2] [5].
This device consists of a voltage divider and a measuring instrument. It adopts a balanced equipotential shielding structure, with internal filling of transformer oil or dry medium sealing, and features a fully metal enclosed shielding design and aluminum alloy equalizing ball surface treatment technology [2] [4-5]. Its measurement range covers 50kV – 500kV, with a voltage division ratio of 1000:1, accuracy of AC 1.0% and DC 0.5%, supporting pulse high voltage, lightning high voltage and power frequency high voltage measurement, and is equipped with a high-precision digital display meter to achieve AC/DC/peak switching display [3] [5-6].
The AC/DC voltage divider is applied in high-voltage transmission line withstand voltage tests, industrial equipment monitoring, and scientific research experiments. During operation, it is necessary to maintain a safe distance and be reliably grounded. After use, it needs to be discharged to a safe voltage before disconnecting the wires, and the storage environment requires a temperature range of -25℃ to 40℃ and a humidity of ≤85% [4] [6-7].
